This is your site, and in order to make it work, I need your
help. Please take a few moments of your time to check out other listings so you might get an idea of the format, READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, fill out the FORM COMPLETELY, and then submit it correctly.
Submitting your FORM does NOT automatically post it into the data base. It is edited for format and content before approval and posting.
SPAM is NOT posted.
1. Before you register please check the Alumni Listings FIRST, to be sure you had NOT previously registered and forgotten. This is most important. DO NOT SUBMIT a NEW listing if you are already listed. This prevents duplicate listings.
2. Be sure to click the correct submission button - "UPDATE", only If you are making a change to your CURRENT listing, "NEW LISTING", only if this is a brand NEW listing.
3. Submit only ONCE, to be posted.
4. NAMES and CLASS YEAR only, without address and e-mail addresses will NOT
be listed.
5. Please indicate your year of graduation using all four digits, as
in 1964, NOT '64.
6. If you have your own personal web page (URL) address, please indicate it.
7. All spaces on the FORM must be filled in.
8. Please use LOWER CASE, with proper CAPITALIZATION. Do NOT use all upper case or all lower case.
9. The purpose of this site is for alumni to be able to find and communicate with each other. It is NOT just a listing of names. NO listing will be posted without addresses, especially - e-mail.
If you were able to access this page and register, then you should have an e-mail address so
that other alumni, and we, can reach you.
10. e-mail addresses MUST be COMPLETE, including the DOMAIN name; ie: johndoe@domain.(com/net/gov/org/edu etc.)
11. NO listings, by other than the registrant, will be posted. Again, this is not a website of a
LIST, this is a community of Alumni, who gather and communicate on-line.
12. PLEASE NOTE: Depending upon the volume of mail, and my available time,
allow at least 24 hours to 10 days to see your listing posted, especially
after the Dutchman is mailed in January. Thank you.
13. To keep the Alumni Association's data base up-to-date, please COMPLETE
the form, and submit ONE copy only. If you wish privacy, please send me your
request via e-mail.
14. If this is a NEW listing, please, only click on the "A New Listing" button.
15. If you wish to alter your previously registered listing in any way,
please use this FORM and click on the "UPDATE" button only, before submitting. We appreciate your keeping us informed of any changes.
16. Please click on the appropriate button if you are receiving your copy of the "Dutchman", our newsletter.
17. New listings that are sent as Updates will be updated, and "Updates" that are sent as "New Listings" WILL BE RETURNED.
The complexity of the process and the overwhelming activity of the site requires your cooperation in following the simple steps as listed above.
